A 4/6 week wait for an appointment on a phone consultation. Never any daily emergency ones no matter how sick you are or bad. A huge clinic yet no appointments for a GP. To many patients not enough appointments. They are accepting from out of catchment area as well despite the already overload of patients they cant cope with.. |

Many rooms, large surgery, but No Doctors available it seems for an appointment. 6 weeks wait and can never get a daily emergency one. All still mainly telephone appointments too. Treatment is not followed up after tests unless you push for it. They are probably mostly still working from home as to phone ones mainly. F2F seems rare nowadays. They have thousands of patients and still accepting new ones even out of catchment too. But it does not matter what anyone says as nothing will ever change for the better now..I think this is all across the board really. Patients simply get a raw deal now.. |

Horrible surgery! I was waiting in line for an appointment for over 10 minutes. When I finally got to the front, I was met with who I was later told was of the managers there. I explained to her that this wasn't my surgery but she dismissed my pleas and told me that I should have alerted someone I had an appointment. I asked how was I to know that, which was dismissed with a rude reply of I should have known. I was incensed and asked one of the ladies at the desk her name which they gave me as Lauren. I then did some research and found out exactly why I might have been spoken to in such a rude manner. I know Bermondsey has a long history of racial intolerance, but since when is it ok to employ someone with such overtly racist views? Surely this needs investigating. I will never attend this surgery again while this person works there. |
