I Booked a medication review so non urgent approx 4 weeks which I felt was fair. Early morning so easy to park. GP very thorough. I then approached reception to register for online access to book appointments and order prescriptions. Could not have been more helpful. | ||||||

I ordered a repeat prescription on Sunday via Patient Access software. I asked for it to be sent directly to my local chemist.
On Monday I checked again via PA and it had been approved.
On Tuesday I received a text saying it was ready for collection.
This is absolutely brilliant service.

I have tried contacting the doctors to release at least a letter about my medication so that I can take this to a doctor in France to continue with my prescription. It has been nearly 3 weeks and two emails and one telephone call later, absolutely no response whatsoever!! | ||||||
