I have always received excellent, compassionate care from the practice. There is never a problem accessing appointments or arranging repeat prescriptions. I recently phoned for an emergency appointment and was seen an hour later, even more impressive I barely had to wait when I arrived. A really big thank you to all the hard working staff wishing the practice - your dedication is very much appreciated by all your patients. | ||||||

Recently visited the surgery to see if I could make an appointment. Was told that appointments aren’t done by a patient visiting in person and it’s all done by telephone consultations now. Informed the receptionist of my issue (inc minor surgery) and that it had to be at Milford surgery. Received a phone call from the GP almost instantly to book me in for a face to face appointment for a few days later. AT MILFORD SURGERY. Taken time off of work to make the appointment and also shuffled shifts around at work, to arrive on time and then to be told by the check in screen that my appointment was at witley. Enquires with a different receptionist who simply said “well, can’t you walk there?”. Bare in mind it’s a good 15-20 minute walk on GOOD feet (one reason I was there to begin with), and that it wasn’t possible to do so. Nothing else offered in any way possible other than a phone call. To succeed in what exactly? To perform minor ops over the phone? To reimburse me travel cost or my lost work earnings? | ||||||

The whole practice from the receptionists, nurses, doctors all who work there are fantastic. It's a brilliant surgery and go above and beyond for there patients. I'm lucky to be a patient of theirs. | ||||||
