Heathcot Medical Practice Woking is probably the worst doctor surgery going you can hardly get an appointment when you do they email you tell you a doctor is going to call you but they never do you then have to go online at 8 o’clock in the morning to request another appointment then wait another 1 to 3 day just to get an email to say a doctor we call you and you will be luck if they do so you call them and the receptionists are rude i once got told by them to go to A&E I wouldn’t recommend going to these they are a nightmare and not helpful | ||||||

I read several reviews about Heathcott medical practice. Some very critical. I have always found the g p's to be very helpful, especially Dr.Verma. The receptionists always handle my concerns with empathy and friendliness. Yesterday I had the pleasure to talk to Dr. Holloway, who is fairly new to the practice and she was so professional, kind and knowledgeable. | ||||||

I have been with this practice for 7 years and my daughter for about 12. Sad to say that they are on a downward spiral and cannot or will not provide me with my essential medication. I could die!! I’m afraid that the NHS is in an state of collapse country wide. Tomorrow morning I must a Doctor in Cherstey and inform him of my predicament. I am79 years old and was recently in hospital | ||||||
