Thanks so much to the Receptionist who arranged a telephone consultation for me. I had a problem with a referral to an NHS consultant and was not sure how to resolve it. The receptionist suggested the telephone consultation, a service which I had never previously used. A GP phoned me within 20 minutes (WOW!!) and solved all the problems with my referral over the phone in just a few minutes.

A big thank you to a staff member for helping me get an appointment. She carefully explained the system for same day appointments to me and told me what doctors were available on what day. So the next day I queued up early at the surgery door to get me appointment. Job done!! | ||||||

I recently had a Minor Surgery by a doctor and two Lovely nurses. i was nervous before the procedure but they made me very comfortable and the procedure was perfect. The whole team was very caring and knew what they were doing. i am happy with the treatment i received and would recommend that these guys are experts at what they do and you can trust them with close eyes | ||||||
