As a patient at Southview I have been with the practice for 64 years. Over the past 10 years this practice has gone from 10 to 0 on my rating of response, replies and tact with patients. Since Dr. Rumble, Hindley and Hendrey have retired or left this place has deteriorated so much. No doctor companion whatsoever. Receptionists, well that's.a whole new book. Rude, patient confidentiallity training is needed. Dont me started on letters sent from GP to dietitian. (Suffering from hemeroids). They were removed 20 years ago. Is is 2022. This surgery needs a serious shakeup. Look how many below average marks on the CQC chart. | ||||||
