We re-located to Horley and were told that this was the only surgery accepting new patients at the time. Having said that, we are not disappointed. The receptionists are always very friendly and helpful and full of information. We have seen doctors, nurses and healthcare assistants, all of whom have been very professional and friendly and take the time to talk to you and come up with the best treatment plan for you - in discussion with you and taking into account what you think/want. It is nice to be registered at a surgery where the staff treat you as a thinking and feeling adult who doesn't just want to be dictated to, but wants to be able to have input into their care. So pleased we found this surgery, and even better now that the open at 7:30am so can be seen before work easily. |

Nothing to add really. Worst service by receptionist that I ever came across. The receptionist was helpful for nothing. Thank you |

Reception staff are always rude, impatient and miserable. Went in to drop off some paperwork and the receptionist looked at me like I was something she stepped in. Staff are short tempered on the phone and talk down to you like you are stupid for making any enquiry at all. Once phoned up for an emergency appointment for a 3 month old and was told there were no appointments, took 3 month old to A and E where they told me she needed to be seen by the GP. When I explained that they refused to see her the triage nurse was very angry and said they are obliged to see small children as a priority. Triage nurse phoned Wayside directly and got an appointment straight away. Wouldn't recommend this practice to my worst enemy. |
