I had a complicated problem with the transfer of repeat medication for a chronically ill relative I care for. The practice management, reception, admin and pharmacist could not have done more to correct this for me in a kind, courteous and willing manner. I have seen a doctor once myself so far, and again, the understanding of my problem, the communication of a solution, was dealt with in a professional way, and with a lovely manner. | ||||||
