The receptionists are always rude and have been for years. Once you get past their nasty tone and condescending words the surgery isn’t too horrific. The nurses have always been a delight but the doctors don’t seem to care at all. Obviously most of their communication skills need work and the surgery should’ve been closed down a while ago for lack of care of their patients. | ||||||

Once you get past a miserable receptionist ( who I have not met before, so must be fairly new) Takes a lot for a young male to go to see a doctor about certain things. And now I know why, I felt humiliated and embarrassed when I saw the doctor, he was rude and unsympathetic to me. I sadly will think twice about going back to the doctors after my experience. Please can you be kinder to the young, we do get embarrassed and I really worry that you put people off going to the doctors. You have certainly put me off! | ||||||
