Absolutely awful experience when attempting to contact the practice. Test results that are supposed to be advised in 3-4 days are not received for over 2-3 weeks. The website appointment system is only open for couple of hours during the day so impossible to use it if you work. Reception phone is not answered for 30 minutes plus on every call and average appointment offered is over two weeks away. They seem to have created processes that do not allow for patients to get access to healthcare in reasonable time and their response to everything is its our process. I can only hope that they will improve their communication with patients as their processes seem to increase anxiety in accessing healthcare. | ||||||

Absolutely terrible. Had been with the surgery for over 47 years and recently left after so many blunders and annoyances. Would definitely not recommend. I feel the surgery has maybe got too big over the years and the doctors are clearly not up to date on training. Very disappointing Hillview. | ||||||

Trying to book an appointment with a Doctor to review diabetic message from nurse at diabetic HQ. Surgery sent my notes to HQ with no information attached. Nurse told me to contact surgery regarding my treatment as I am taking Metformin. Did not get any help by phone | ||||||
