Absolutely rude, unsympathetic reception staff. If you get past them you then have to wait a month for a telephone consultation to discuss an abnormal blood test result !I do realise GP practices have a huge demand now but what has happened to all the appointments. When I have been there the waiting area is almost empty. I work for the NHS and also deal with demanding patients but there is a skill to handling difficult situations and listening, without judging and being blunt and rude. No wonder A&E are flooded with patients who can’t get an appointments or who feel intimidated just calling up Fairlands. I will be moving practice and will be writing to my MP. | ||||||

Asked to phone for an appointment to speak about a high bp result I am having to wait 3 weeks I find that unexceptable It’s almost impossible to get an appointment And to get a reply to phoning ends up being 8 in queue is more than frustrating I am trying not to have an appointment which isn’t good but I am about to give up | ||||||
