The service at this surgery is very poor. They seem to be just a referal service. When you have a phone appointment it would appear that the Dr has not read the notes and seems more interested as to what is on the computer rather than how the patient is! The same applies if you are lucky to get a face to face. It's another conveyor belt system. How sad. No wonder A&E are inundated! That said, having been in hospital recently, the doctors were all brilliant and have instigated a myriad of follow up investigations that would have never been done by this surgery. Dishing out the tablets is one thing but, surely, it's the cause of the symptoms that need to be investigated. |

My daughter phoned as had chest pains. Was told there were no appointments and phone back in the morning. We went to Epsom A&E and saw a doctor for the first time who examined her. A& E at Epsom were so caring. |
