Suffering with anxiety and it gets worse when health centre have meds at wrong amount. Needed 2 week supply for holiday abroad but they only gave 1 week. Dont like doing a few trips to centre to sort the meds out as it make anxiety worse causung panic attack and over whelmness. Also like to add that receptionists never smile and seem miserable. Also sometimes rude. After angirly being on phone with them cause I couldn't cope anymore, they gave me emergency appointment. They should get meds correct, not mistakes. Stop wasting time. |

The new phone back service means you always get to speak to a nurse or paramedic who will book you an appointment if they can't deal with your problem on the phone. No more need to queue up at 8.30 am. Well done. |
