Phoned to explain husbands symptoms late afternoon. I was advised no appointments . If it was an emergency ring 999! This was unacceptable. |

Each time I or my husband have dealings with The Barn Surgery we count our blessings at having such a good GP Surgery. The receptionists, nurses and doctors are so helpful, caring and efficient.- nothing is too much trouble for them. We can never thank them enough for all the support they give us. I have Ankylosing Spondylitis which is a very painful , progressive chronic condition. There is no cure but with pain management and exercise a lot can be done to help individuals lead a good life when it gets to a worse stage. I am so truly thankful to have 2 doctors at this surgery who have taken the time to understand this condition and who are truly supportive. There are times when a Flare is so debilitating that day to day necessities ie showering are difficult. Other times ( with pain management) I lead an almost normal life. But, without the support of my local GP’s life would be much harder. I highly recommend The Barn Surgery and in particular the GP s that I see on a regular basis. |
