Unfortunately the receptionist think they are doctors and the website says they will not tolerate abuse but are quite willing to abuse you and put the phone down if they don’t like what you’re saying. You can’t blame covid for everything |

Trying to organise my wife’s medication after a stroke is so stressful with this surgery I’m surprised i haven’t had a stroke myself, She was diagnosed as having a stroke at the hospital and given medication to prevent any more complications she is suffering enough with her condition without worrying about getting her medications 3 times on the phone to the surgery didn’t get passed the receptionist who must have a vast knowledge of stroke victims told her we have 2 days medication left but still no urgency just put the phone down when i tried to explain how urgent and worried i was she would be left with out one of her medication she needs (receptionist seems to be using covid as an excuse ) |

Our experience has been excellent at this GP surgery. We were registered at another surgery in Worthing and then moved home so registered here. Caring, compassionate and helpful. |
