We have been registered since 2015. Never had any issues with getting appointment.
Extremely helpful reception staff who tries their best to accommodate. The doctors and nurses are very professional and trust worthy. Always helped my family whenever we needed them.
I was so scared when my 3 year old developed urine infection on Friday the 8th February. I wanted my trusted doctors to deal with my family than attending A&E. I had a call back from the duty doctor as requested who was very polite, reassuring and treatment provided as soon as possible.
Whenever I needed appointment for myself or my wife, received a wonderful care with no doubts.
We are very impressed with Copthorne/ Pound hill group, cannot thank you enough and would recommend to everyone. | ||||||

This surgery have always provided a great service for me and my family. Yes they are busy, but GP has always given excellent care and advice on each medical issue we have had. | ||||||

I telephoned at 8.30am was seen at 9.30am results of tests received at 2.30pm excellent service, provided all the information I required and was treated with great respect and dignity well done Copthorne surgery. | ||||||
