I have been a patient at this practice for around for more years than the CQC has been in around and have always been treated with respect and care.
I suffer from chronic illness and ongoing pain and treatment options, including medication, physiotherapy, etc are always discussed clearly with me.
The GPs, nurses, and receptionists are excellent. I never have trouble getting appointments, and there is the option of short notice appointments for acute conditions.
The best thing is that I arrive confident that I will be listened to and understood and always referred when necessary for further tests, physiotherapy or consultant appointments.
I Highly recommend the Northlands Wood practice. | ||||||

We have found since registering here four years ago there is good accessibility to appointments.The reception staff are always friendly,polite and helpful.The nursing staff provide professional advice and care that complements the excellent care and prompt consultations and relevant referrals together with the respectful collaborative approach of the doctors.
Appointment times are usually kept to promptly and the waiting area is bright and comfortable.Parking can be difficult at peak times but the location would not allow expansion.
We feel fortunate to be cared for by this example of a good,efficient Practice. | ||||||

Doctors at the practice are very supportive, knowledgeable, professional and empathetic. Their non-judgemental approach helps facilitate seeking help. I feel that I am not "just another patient" on their caseload. Feeling that your practitioner genuinely cares about your health wellbeing, listens and HEARS you is one of the most important things for a patient. In my experience it has always been the case. I never felt judged or "labelled" because of the problems I presented with. I am very grateful to the doctors supporting me on my road to recovery. | ||||||
