I have had to remove.my mother from the surgery due to lack of care. Had we not intervened, my mother would not be here today. Very rude staff who think it is OK to give medical advice! | ||||||

Extremely vulnerable patient not told to isolate and left uncared for from Mar. 2020 till July 2020. Only flagged up when family carer rang surgery as unable to cope caring for 2 homes, accessing food etc on line. Jubilee centre needs overhaul, all style no substance. | ||||||
