I couldn’t get an appointment with my usual doctor so was seen by another doctor for the first time.
They greeted me warmly and listened with interest and empathy to my issue.
They gave me a thorough examination.
I was asked a series of specific questions using a form on the desk PC with a focus on my particular issue. This process enabled the doctor to confirm their initial diagnosis.
As a result I was reassured.
A knee x-Ray was arranged.
Careful consideration was given concerning choice of effective medication.
Throughout the appointment I was treated with patience and understanding.
I have no hesitation in recommending this surgery to family, friends and the good people of Preston. | ||||||
