Not managing to get an appointment with my usual gp had to see a different doctor, he was very kind understanding and explained everything really well and didn’t rush me through, really feel well cared for excellent experience. |

My elderly mother has moved into a care home where a doctor from this practise visits weekly to review any residents that it may be seen as necessary for. This is very reassuring and means that the patient doesn't have to wait for appointments, go out when they are potentially not well enough and sit in a waiting room with other poorly people. The doctor's review includes symptoms and medication which means that potentially more serious problems can be avoided. This is very reassuring. Although this was a change of doctor the professionalism shown has meant a smooth transition and valued ongoing support. |

I just been in today to book an appointment for my son. The administrator was very unfriendly. Didnt have a smile and when she finished booking just slapped the note on the desk turned her back on me. |
