I would like to thank the lady working in the back and front office of wyke regis surgery who is sorting out a problem that has worried me for weeks. She also located an item which had been missing for weeks. She was kind, efficient and reassuring. I cannot thank you enough. You have been fantastic. Thank you, thank you. |

Rang three times at 8.30and was told no appointments available , do all appointments go within 7minutes , as that was when the call was answered, I asked to speak to practice manager was told that she would ring me later what is the point of being told to ring the next day if there is no appointments, just say we will get you in next week , absolutely useles |
