Havnt been at this practice long. The gp I had an appointment with was extremely helpful and the nurse that took bloods was really pleasent.
However 8.45 on Thursday 12 October I phoned surgery and the staff on reception was extremely rude and abrupt. I phoned to cancel my appointment that was made on the 10th for today at 9.30 and they told me I didn't have an appointment.
Then after I asked about the walkin surgery they were rude and implying that my appointment wasn't serious enough to attend the walkin.

Having recently moved house we regrettably had to leave your practice after nearly 30 years. So we wanted to thank, particularly your team of receptionists who not only have been really attentive, reliable, concerned and efficient, but cheerful, too. Even when they are really busy.
We have had some rather difficult medical issues over the years, and have had real confidence in the service we have received from your practice. | ||||||
