We moved to the area 3 years ago and we were apprehensive regarding the change in surgery as we were very happy with the quality of service from our previous GP surgery. I can confirm that our concerns have proved unfounded as we have experienced excellent service from the very helpful and happy receptionists to the caring doctors. |

Having been a patient for a long time, this surgery simply have not moved with the times. They aren’t using any systems that make it easier to access help - vitally important in a pandemic. They even refuse to utilise email. Overall, although the clinical staff are good. The admin team are unhelpful and their approach is outdated. |

My parents moved to the area two years ago (they are elderly with complicated health issues). They had been left in limbo by their previous GP practice and life was extremely stressful. All the staff at Mansfield Park are wonderful; one particular doctor is very nice and patient with my parents. The reception staff are amazing - sometimes I think they can read minds as they are so well informed they know exactly what is going on! They are always kind, helpful, polite, friendly and most of all they smile (this is very rare in GP receptionists)! The receptionists always seem to want to go that extra mile to help when I need to arrange appointments and have queries for my parents. Thank you for making a very stressful time a little less stressful. |
