Goodmorning, I can now say after being in Odiham for 2 yrs I couldn't ask for a better doctor sergery all the doctors are great they respond as quick as they can they are gentle passionate and don't rush you. My recent story is,56yrs old. just mid march before lock down I came down with covid symptoms doctors were closed I had a bad asthma/breathing attack legs weeks couldn't breath, a lovely local paramedic came by gave me oxygen and notified my doctors next day, by the afternoon I had a phone call by Dr summer and she sent me antibiotics, steroids inhalers and peak flow, I started to get better then afterwards went down hill again so once again docs came to my rescue with more steroids and antibiotics which slowly got me better and kept me out of hospital so living alone it was very very scary but I couldn't of done it with out the support of the doctors at Odiham health centre. I'm back at work and all better now. Can't thank them all enough. | ||||||

Im always impressed with this GP surgery but today especially so, called with a problem with one of my children and within 15 minutes was being called back by a doctor and within 30 mins picking a prescription up from the pharmacy. The doctor gave me lots of information over the phone and was very polite and helpful. Thank you so much. Keep up the amazing work. | ||||||

I was able to get a same day appointment with a doctor just an hour after I called up at the Old Basing surgery - a good start as I was expecting the telephone appointment procedure which to be fair you can always seem to get. I arrived at the surgery and checked in on line and was informed of a ten minute delay. Whilst waiting we were informed by the receptionist that the doctor was dealing with an emergency and would be delayed. There was one further check in from the receptionist to keep everyone aware whilst an ambulance arrived and an elderly patient was escorted from the surgery. When I did get to see the doctor (perhaps 45 minutes later than my appointment) she was friendly and apologetic for the wait and dealt with me in an efficient way. Despite the delay, the team kept the patients informed and dealt with us and the emergency situation in a calm and professional way. | ||||||
