Since registering with Branksomewood H/Care Center I have received nothing but excellent service.
The reception team, although always short staffed are friendly and cheerful and manage each patient in a supportive way - may clinics could learn a lot from the team
I have had appointments with both Nurses and Doctors and all have been delivered in a professional manner and I have been given time to ask questions and seek clarification in relation to my on going health.

Yesterday I got an emergency appointment with my own Doctor with no problem at all . I have always been able to get an appointment either emergency or booking ahead .
