Ive moved in to Bordon and have been hearing some negative stuff about Pinehill but I needed to register somewhere so thought I would give it a try and I was pleasantly surprised. The ladies at reception were very professional and helped me a lot. I needed to see a doctor so asked to make an appointment and to my surprise I was offered one the following day! I was seen by a man doctor who again was very professional and sorted out my problem by referring me. I'm not sure if the reputation this clinic has is really a true representation or if its just the misguided opinions of disgruntled patients, but as far as I can see it is a nice little clinic trying to do its best. My only criticism would be it could do with a little updating on decoration, but to be honest that not why I go to the GP office! Reply from Pinehill Surgery Thu, 05 Sep 2019 11:25:50 +0100 Thank you for you positive review. We are so pleased to hear that you have had a positive experience while at the clinic. I have passed you comments on to the rest of the team. Unfortunately we are currently in a situation that has lead to some negative response from the local community but we have been working hard to rectify these issues and the practice has improved immensely due to recruitment and investment. The improvements are on going and we are dedicated and determined to continue to improve our services, so you have joined us at a very exciting time. Thank you once again for your review and we hope to continue meeting your expectations for years to come. |

SInce changing to Pinehill Surgery my life has improved ten fold, I was at the end of my tether with my previous doctors surgery regarding my health and mental well being but from the moment I joined them I noticed immediate differences. I have several medical conditions which I felt were not being dealt with adequately previously but now due to all the hard work and effort these guys put in for me I am now able to walk again with reduced pain, feeling positive about my future and am actually back at work. Before these things were an impossibility with my previous doctors/surgery and I can not thank these guys enough as they have literally saved my life. To the doctors, the nurses and the amazing receptionists, thank you so much from the bottom of my (now repairing) heart. Keep up the outstanding work. |

This surgery has seriously made some improvements over the past few months. Staff seem happier and actually welcome you when you go in. Went in recently to book an appointment and could see changes have been made to the waiting room, its still dated because of all the brown woodwork but there has been attempt to make it more welcoming by adding a children's area and the notice boards have been updated. Overall it was nice to see that they now seem to care about the place. Got to see the Dr the following day and have been referred so all in all a better experience than in the past, lets hope it continues. |
