I’d been with the surgery for 10 years until recently. They used to be good. You could get appointments. You could see your preferred doctor. Now, not only do you have to get through the staff on reception, but also a triage person before even getting near a doctor. If you stand up for yourself, reception label you as rude. I needed prompt medication to prevent something worsening but have been declined as, working away, I can’t just drop my work clients to drive 80+ miles to see a doctor. Ironic really, when over the last few years they would virtually only consult over the phone. A once good surgery now sadly in decline | ||||||

I have been using the surgery since 2018 and the experience so far is positive. I cannot thank a lady doctor enough for her patient care during my visit in feb/March 2019 regarding a suspected dengue as I have just been back from high risk country that time. She has done everything she possible could to make sure that I am ok although with her very busy schedule in the surgery. She even called and told me about my blood result on the same day ( it is actually after the time the surgery is closed). From my experience above, I realised that sometimes long waiting time is due to unexpected situation the doctor has to deal with and therefore running late for the appointments on that day. This is all about patient care. From my own experience above, I realised that doctor actually work very hard and overtime to sort out all the tasks they have for the day. I am very grateful with the care that I receive from this lady doctor in this surgery. | ||||||

3 week wait for an appointment. Had too to go too the hospital instead.Shame use too be good. | ||||||
