I am writing to thank all doctors and staff at the surgery. How sad is it that people only write reviews to complain???
I feel very lucky to be registered with such an amazing and caring surgery, all staff goes above and beyond at all times and many times for myself that is very much appreciated. All staff communicates well together and calls are always returned, nothing is any trouble for them, though I am aware they are under excruciating pressure.
Thank you all so much and especially one doctor in particular who has been a great support to me and is professional and very dedicated. |

I have been patronised and to be frank treated very rudely when trying to make appointments for my children. Clearly having them go to school when they are able but still needing a doctors appointment is very unreasonable of me. The same lady has been unbelievably sarcastic and rude when we have been nothing but accommodating. We have rearranged appointments because they have been running almost an hour late we have never complained until now but this treatment is unreasonable and unacceptable. I understand and agree with the zero tolerance policy about abuse to NHS staff but think it should apply both ways! |

I transferred to Crondall surgery as my daughter was so happy with the practice.
The care I have received from all the doctors I have seen during the past year has been exceptional! I would also like to praise the nurses and receptionists who have
also been so very helpful.
Moving to New Crondall Surgery was the best decision!
