My daughter and I have been with this surgery for five years and always received a caring, fast and efficient service. Only wish we did not have to leave them as we have now moved outside their area. Hope we find a surgery as good near Semmington. |

On 25th October 2018 my wife was discharged from RUH after a 6 night stay. Owing to a mix up at RUH she was not given her essential medication on discharge.
The discharge nurse told her to either go out and buy the medication !! Or to go and see our go.
At the reception desk we were met with your very helpful receptionist (sorry but did,not catch her name) who understood my wife's predicament and took Margaret's discharge papers into the back office. Shortly after we were called in to see the duty doctor who prescribed what the ruh should have done in the first place.
So a big thank you to both ladies for their prompt response to what was an acute situation and top marks to the Porch surgery who who cannot praise enough.
Kind regards
Terry and Margaret

They are not a good surgery at all they want you to get ill or worse nor do they care. If you went in and complained that something wasn't right and you really don't feel right they would just send you home. and if you died they would 100% say that you came in for hayfever nothing to do with the fact that you were ill. and they loved to refuse your referrals because why the doctor personally pockets £75+ for each person they deny. If you could give an award for the worst G.Ps in the world Porch Surgery Corsham would win hands down every year |
