At 8pm tonight I received a text message to say that TODAY due to staff shortages the reception will be slow to respond and only urgent appointments will be available. So nothing has changed from normal! SUGGEST YOU EMPLOY MORE STAFF |

Where do i start. Never enough time in the appointments, you are always made feel you are wasting there time, they always state they have other patients waiting if you are taking more than a couple of min, and that includes telephone appointments which make me feel as if i am like animal not a human tbh. They stop your medication with out informing you which leaves you in a bad and unwell situation. when the medication is for something that controls a illness you will have for the rest of your life. and then they blame you, to cover there own backs. i now have to see my specialist again just to reinstate my medication I am very, very upset about my visit and my telephone conversations i had on 6th/7th of august. I know they have a lot of patients, and need to save money, but when i make a appointment to see someone i should be the person they are trying to help, not the people in the waiting room. it will be there turn next, i have also been told i did not go to 2 appointments, at the hospital,which is very true but as i was in bed very pooly i range them to inform them of the situation, as i know how important time is and i have NEVER not just turned up for a appointment. i have a few health problems and have a carer looking after me. and most days i am in so much pain i need help to go to the toliet let alone going to see a doctor or nurse and to be treated as if i am wasting a persons time, as it is soo hard for me to get to the doctors is a very upsetting, hurtful, degrading, experience for me. |
