Utter disgrace of a place to get a flu jab.
Queueing up like a cattle factory to be rushed in, stabbed with the needle and rushed out.
Car park is not big enough to cope with the volume of traffic passing through.
You'd be much better off at a supermarket pharmacy where they take the time and trouble to care. | ||||||

Thank you for providing such compassionate and effective care for my father. The care given was excellent, from prompt and professional telephone service to the same day appointment. Am incredibly impressed, especially during a time where NHS services are under significant pressure from increasing demands and reducing budgets. Faultless service that we as patients are lucky to have access to. | ||||||

I only need to see a medical person about twice a year .The experience of getting an appointment is traumatic Typically I am number 10 in the queue. I cannot claim an emergency as I enjoy wonderful health. But there must be some way of getting a non urgent appointment just a few days in advance.
Your staff are excellent the facilities are great everyone is polite it is just your system that is difficult | ||||||
