I had a great experience at this surgery. I called at 8.30am got through straight away. I explained the problem. I was told the doctor would call. The doctor called with 30 minutes. He asked me some questions and asked me to go into the surgery at a certain time. When we arrived the doctor we saw was aware of my son's problem. She did the examination and was able to assess the problem. The doctor even suggested I make an appointment with the nurse for an additional check up. I am new to this surgery. I was dreading going to register there because of the negative reviews. I was pleasantly surprised. I love the fact that if I could not get an appointment they will book a Saturday appointment in Bracknell. I have met some lovely doctors in Bracknell. This surgery is BRILLIANT because they allow you to write negative reviews and you are not told to leave the surgery. At my old surgery I wrote a review saying I was not happy with the service and was told to go and register at another surgery. They said no one has ever complained before. This surgery at least responses to comments. This is what I consider great customer service when they are willing to listen to comments. |

I had a worrying lump which developed in the 'lower half' I was seen same day by the MH Doctor who was caring and professional, he referred me for an ultrasound at Wexham Park. WP telephoned on the same day. Results were back at MH on the Monday and advised to me on that day. You could not wish for better and prompt service from Doctor to Hospital and back again. |

Waited two weeks for an appointment, arrived, no record of appointment, saw a doctor (not the one requested) who advised me I was unhelpful and a nuisance and told me not to come back.
I asked about a condition of bleeding and was told it was probably down to having sex with too many different partners. I am married.
Extremely offended.
I am making a formal complaint to both the surgery and GMC about the doctor involved. |
