I would like to express my sincere gratitude and for the way the staff at Chapel Row Surgery have handled my four year IVF journey. It has been one of the most challenging times of my life and through it all I have always found the doctors, nurses and staff at the practice to be polite and professional. In particular, over this time, one particular doctor has displayed nothing but patience, understanding, compassion and knowledge, which was much needed and hugely valued.
I have found everything at Chapel Row Surgery to represent the very best that the NHS has to offer and I feel very lucky to be registered at such an outstanding practice.
‘Thank you’ does not really feel like enough, but ‘thank you’ nonetheless for making some of my hardest days that little bit easier. |

Efficient, helpful and caring as soon as you pick up the phone. No ‘typical’ receptionists here, they’re compassionate and direct you to the right service as quickly as possible. The online prescription and appointment booking service is such a godsend as I can do things on the go and means I can keep up with my medication. All the doctors I have seen have given me the time I’ve needed, referred where appropriate and been thorough. Very impressive. My father in law has recently moved in with us following an emergency hospital admission. The whole team at the surgery have been fantastic and showed real care and compassion, as well as providing useful advice for my husband as main carer. The care is still ongoing and we have a long way to go, but really appreciate the support given so far, which has included a home visit by GP which was accommodated at short request due to what was (for us) a worrying development, but GP allayed our concerns. A fantastic nursing team, both in the surgery and district nursing who are very caring with an elderly patient who isn't always polite or easy to work with. Reply from The Bucklebury Practice Fri, 10 Nov 2017 10:05:33 Z Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience at Chapel Row Surgery. Recognition of the level of care and hard work provided by our dedicated team is much appreciated. |
