Asked to speak to asthma nurse who I have been talking to for 2 years they said we haven't got a asthma nurse have gone with my medicine for 2 and a half weeks but got told it was my fault I but in a prescription needed a review so made a appointment still stopped my medicine last year they done the same 4 times with my inhalers really disgusting how can they treat people's health like it's nothing | ||||||

We moved to this area & surgery in February 2019 after relocating to 14 different areas in our 51 years of married life. So believe me when I say Burdwood is by far the best surgery we have attended. I have also worked in 4 different surgeries so I know what I’m talking about! The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. Even if there is a problem they do their utmost to sort it out immediately. The appointment system is again the best. We have never had a problem seeing a doctor when we require it. I have only seen the one doctor on my 3 visits so far but nothing was too much trouble and she was very friendly & reassuring . I am so impressed I joined the PPG group to further my knowledge of how this surgery manages to cope so well when others can’t. When I visit Burdwood Surgery I find the reception staff very friendly professional and always try their best to accommodate your needs.
Doctors may run late at time but this is because when you are seeing them, they are giving you all their attention instead of rushing you out the door.
I have had 2 occasions recently when I have needed a none standard repeat prescription and the prescription team are very understanding and go out of your way to help you, both via telephone and email. The prescription team are defiantly a credit to the practice.
I hear horror stories of other practices and I am very grateful that I have an outstanding forward thinking surgery. | ||||||
