The best thing about this Clinic is Natasha The go between. I don’t go to drs but I have to at the moment She calmed and was so kind and got me some great results Karen on reception always has a smile too Thank you | ||||||

Kingswood change South you cannot go up to surgery no more which is stupid there are things that need come face to face also to ringing them up and in the queueing system not everyone ca not can go on the video link which I don't agree at all this surgery has gone downhill in covid | ||||||

I have children whom were premature making then subseptable to hospital admissions if not seen to as a matter of urgency. I expressed this to be informed I would actually get a phone call after being refused appointment on several occasions. This did not happen.. it's negligence, negligence toward high risk children !! This is just one of the several disgraceful experiences from the surgery. !!!! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS SURGERY !!! Terrible | ||||||
