There are only two GP surgeries in Prestwood but the village is quite big and more people being relocated by council over here. Both surgeries do not have great rating on website but I think the thing is that some great doctors have left. I have to say that the receptionists at this surgery are always helpful, especially whem it comes to arrangments that involve children. There used to be a great Doc H. but she's left now. If there are limited options in terms of NHS surgery service provided in the local area then what can we do- just wait and see And leave some feedback - good or not - at the end of the day NHS is not for frer. We pay for it in our taxes. | ||||||

I find all the staff at this surgery to be kind, but practical and professional. The doctors here have always given the best medical advice and have always treated me and my family with dignity and respect while still helping us make the best choices for our personal situation. Never have I felt like just a number on a page and never have these doctors patronised me or my family, or made us feel insignificant or small. I recently moved away and it's a shame I can't say the same for the doctors at my current surgery...it has made me appreciate the excellent doctors at John Hampden even more! | ||||||
