Extremely disappointed with the service of Carrington house Surgery. It is just going downhill since last few years. Just been on the phone for almost an whole hour, to book an appointment with GP and get to hear that 'unfortunately no appointments are available, try again tomorrow'. Obviously, looks like more doctors are needed at this Surgery. | ||||||

I generally have a good opinion of this surgery, and am pleased with the service I get. My experience this evening has meant I wanted to write a review to commend the excellent treatment I received. The Nurse went above and beyond at the end of her shift to make sure I got my prescription for my holiday. It was so very kind and is a fine example of the care the nurses at Carrington House give. I would definitely recommend them and I am much appreciative for all they do. What happened to this efficient surgery!? The surgery I have been very happy with for over 20 years. The system has completely changed and no appointments available for a whole month?! Only a few months ago, I could get one within 2 weeks. Also, no longer the ability to be in the queue for on the day appointment, impossible to get through as the queue is always full and you are told to phone later!!! What happened?! | ||||||
