Unable to pre-book an appointment how ridiculous! I can’t just stay at home and try to call on the day I have to work! I’m in an office full of people who would hear my entire phone call to the receptionist and GP. Advised to call 111 I thought this was an urgent service. So upset with this surgery where my all my family have been patients since the 1950s. Receptionist sighting COVID as the reason why I can’t pre-book is unhelpful and just an excuse |

Never get through on the phone and after an hour they tell you nothings left try afternoon to the next day. This isn’t fair jo appointments available. |

Phoned 59 times between 0800 and 1100 just getting an engaged signal, I know from past attempts they have a stacking system which when turned on gives you your place in the queue, when turned off engaged signal, so I think they are not turning their switch board on, |
