My experience with the reception staff is very poor. We are back to about 6 years ago, front desk mafia. The doctors are about OK, not the best. if there was an alternative in Aston Clinton I would move but they are the only shop. The chemist is great they really do help. Oh, the reception staff want to know your medical condition before helping you. NOT RIGHT. That is a breach of confidentiality. Sack them. | ||||||

Thank you so much for the care and consideration your fantastic team of nurses provided to my husband following his recent operation. The recovery over the last 7 weeks has been slow and at times challenging but the care your team of dedicate staff gave both my husband and myself has been second to none. Please do pass on our sincere gratitude to all the nurses in Aston Clinton surgery – we feel very fortunate to have received such professional, friendly care from the whole team at Aston Clinton surgery. | ||||||

All in all, it's okay. Most have my appointments have started 10-20 minutes late. Depending on the doctor, you get different level of patient care. I'm not sure if this is to do with the surgery or the Lloyds pharmacy next door but I have had constant problems with my repeat prescription not being ready after ordering. Can get really busy with a 3 week wait for appointments. No problems with the reception staff. With the falling level of healthcare in this country, it's probably above average. | ||||||
