I have had three appointments these past two weeks to see the doctor and nurse. Michelle the nurse was so helpful and knowledgeable . She is a new addition to the Surgery. I have been with the Pine Surgery for over 30 years. Dr. Lad and Dr. Essayed who looked after me these past two weeks are outstanding!!!!!! The Pine surgery are so lucky to have such caring and wonderful staff who you can trust. Every time when I phone to speak to a receptionist she gets it sorted and I either have on the same day a consultation with the nurse or a doctor!! Fantastic !!! My husband and I have been very grateful all these years to have had such brilliant care. | ||||||

Have been calling for 3 days now at 8 am Can never get through. Have managed to get through thursday no appointments do not let to talk to gp. I requested a call back but unfortunately missed it. So when called back the rude receipt kept repeating I missed the call as if I've committed a crime. Clare at reception is very rude and overtalks Keeps saying to call back in morning . Now I have to keep calling its difficult to stay on phone at that time with work etc This practice has gone down hill | ||||||

My 84 year old friend went to the surgery to get an appointment. He was told to ring up. I rang for him and was told a doctor would phone back.no call back so I rang again to be told the doctor would not be coming out but had left instructions for my friend to help his self. He would still be waiting for a calk back if I hadn't rang. 84 and treated like this?. Not happy. | ||||||
