I have been with this surgery for over 30 years, through quite a few changes of staff and have always been treated with courtesy and efficiency. I like the fact that the surgery isn’t so big, glamorous or trendy, but honest. It suits me, |

I rang the doctors the day after bank holiday regarding a bite on my leg, hoping to get an appointment as soon as possible. The receptionist advised that if I got to the surgery before 10.30 i could attend the drop in surgery where i would be guaranteed to see a doctor. i did as advised and got in to see the doctor within 10 minutes of arriving. The bite was infected and i received a prescription. I was back in work within the hour, what a fantastic service. My colleagues at work couldn't believe how easy and quickly i'd managed to see a Doctor! i've used this service before it's usually on a Monday and Friday morning and it puts the pressure of trying to get a doctors appointment behind, as long as you are prepared to sit and wait you know you can see someone, there's no sitting on the phone just trying to get through. I'd use this service every time as it starts as early as 8 am, so i can see a doctor and get into work without losing time. its so flexible. i feel lucky to be associated with this surgery. |

Have been a patient for 20 + years and not rushed or just given a prescription and out the door, will listen and advise, could go to a more local GP surgery but feel have a very good relationship that would be very difficult to improve on, aware of budget cutbacks on the NHS with medication and services but under this pressure the surgery still does a very good job in very difficult times. |
