This surgery has provided excellent care and support for me and my family for 18 years. The Doctors and staff are warm, friendly, approachable, caring, compassionate, supportive and professional. Supporting us through the birth, growth and development of our children, helping us through serious illness, operations, mental health, end of life care and bereavement. We feel lucky to have them as part of our family and we are a part of theirs. I am very grateful for the services and support provided by Moulton Surgery. I highly recommend their services to the community of Moulton. | ||||||

Went in as an urgent outpatient with bouts of severe dizziness and lightheadness, I was first asked what I THOUGHT it was (If I knew I would not have gone there in the first place?) after some basic questions I was sent home and told it was down to stress??! Later found out that I was misdiagnosed, and infact I have an inner ear infection which is what is causing the problems with keeping my balance. You would have thought as soon as I mentioned dizziness that the doctor would have checked inside my ears as ear infection is one of the main illnesses that cause dizziness?!? Good job the doctor never gave me any antidepressants as I did not need them and they could have been more of harm potentially...so not very good at diagnosing. They take forever to answer the phone, the surgery is often closed unannounced because of "staff training" and the practise manager struggles to deal with the most basic queries in a timely manner. Will move as soon as I can. | ||||||
