I wish I could give zero stars for all categories - I don’t know if staff treat patients with respect, involve in decision making etc as I can never speak to anyone!
Resorted to emailing as I need some advice on travel immunisations, despite asking for a call back just got another email.... apparently they don’t give advice on immunisations, telling me to contact a private travel clinic!! That’s not what it says on NHS website, which tells me to contact my GP.... No-one else would have a record of my immunisations, and I’m not sure what I have had, so not sure how to proceed. I go to this surgery maybe once a year if that, but whatever little help I need I can never seem to get.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU CAN, so unhelpful - I wish I could register somewhere else. | ||||||

This doctors is amazing and has been since I joined about 20 years ago
It supported and saved me when I had post natal depression and depression that Congo
You can always either speak to a doctor or get to see a doctor
Getting prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy
Looked after me my children and now my eldest child feels happy and comfortable knowing she can get help and advice from our surgery
I never feel like I’m wasting their time or being silly | ||||||
