My son is registered in this surgery and I only go there to take him as he is 1 year old staff is extremely rude from receptionist to nurses. I even feel like they are racist as I am Asian, can anyone who visit this place write their experience as I am really keen to know if that’s the case. I am an essential worker I have been working everyday since the beginning of the pandemic when my son was just 10 days old. | ||||||

Trying to get through to make an appointment is very difficult. Now that doctor link is used I feel a large population that this surgery covers are being discriminated against as English is not their first language and/or they are not computer literate. Staff (not mentioning names) do not give the same information and advice about what to do if you can’t use doctor link and do not let patients know they can pre book an appointment on another day. This is not a complaint...I have made a complaint separately which likely will not get looked into. I have seen the effects of what happens when an appointment is not given and delays are made with a diagnosis and urge other people to stand their ground when their health is on the line....do not let the person on the other end of the phone dissuade you!! | ||||||
