incredibly rude receptionist who has no Customer facing skills and needs to get her ego in check, the same receptionist that often discusses patients medical issues with other staff members very loudly so other patients can hear and makes inappropriate comments about them, maybe she hasn’t heard of GDPR? long term medication for seizures stopped for no reason and told by the receptionist ‘it’s not on repeat and if you need it you’ll have to speak to the Dr’ I said its been issued every month for the last six months without issue as per the letter from neurology and what will I do if I can’t get through, she replied ‘not my problem’ then when I challenged her accused me of being rude and her exact words were ‘you are always rude’ claiming she’d heard me on the phone previously, obviously been listening to private conversations with other staff members, funny that the zero tolerance policy only applies to them and not the patients, came off the phone in tears worrying about what I’ll do, very dangerous giving the reception staff so much power, not sure why her behaviour isn’t addressed, it’s a pity as most of the staff work very hard, the place wants closing before they kill someone, not interested in raising a complaint so my only option is to take to the QCC |

I am a patient with the practice and went fur my yearly cervical smear test. The nurse was amazing , the loveliest kind lady who made the whole experience pleasant and gentle |

I have tried to book an appointment for my new born daughter and I was refused by the call center receptionist and she hang up three time's on my wife and myself when we were trying to explain the situation. Never seen anything like this. She refused to present her self and also refused to let me know what are the formal complaint procedures. Very rude call centre receptionist. I can't say anything about doctors or nurses as I have not seen any of them yet. Call center receptionist should be dismissed!!! She is not worthy to work for NHS. Shameful. |
