Rude service from the receptionist, who showed no empathy for a mother with her crying child. When in the waiting room there was no hand sanitiser - box was empty…the only sanitising wipes are behind a seat for an elderly gentleman. So does one ask him to move? Or should the wipe holder that is empty on the other side of the room be used!?!?! A mass of broken chairs piled up, have been piled up like that for AGES. Signs falling off the wall, open plug holes without child protection patches, chairs are not placed for social distancing and there are no offers for spare masks. Perhaps all the posters about breast feeding groups and support options should be near the chairs where people sit rather than next to the broken chairs where people are warned not to venture. The nurses are lovely, the doctors are hard to relate to, especially when they scream at a 7week old doing a little wee. Where is the overview? Where is someone to seek out the experience of the vulnerable people entering the space. It’s an utter embarrassment. Honestly, call this a care service? It’s thoughtless and lazy… |
