Absolutely rubbish customer service . Waiting time it's over one hour then at the end rudely hung up saying we are busy |

I was a patient of MAP in Northampton for about three years some time ago. I always found the practice very obliging and caring and never experienced any difficulty in having an appointment. One remark from one of the doctors when I asked him about his prognosis upset me very much, he replied that he expected me to get cancer and die. Perhaps that doctor was having a bad day but I have never forgotten his response. Apart from that experience everyone else working there was always very kind to me including the practice nursing staff, receptionists and doctors for which I would like to say a very big thank you. |

What is it with this place and calls getting in . It’s impossible to get them In the phone . Imagine the money they get from the NHS to be our doctor an then turn around and provide this service On day 6 I got up from my sick bed and visited them. I couldn’t get with the large security guy at the door . What is going on that we can’t even phone them never mind speak with your doctor … Day 7 I’m Now In the hospital . I’m so Annoyed.. this could Have been prevented |
