Shocking! Make the patients jump through hoops to accommodate their ridiculous processes and systems to suit their needs. Arrogant management, aloof and rude. Don’t answer emails. Won’t take prescription requests over the phone! Made me write an old fashioned letter and post it! Crazy in these difficult times! Can’t get an appointment. Arrogant, dictatorial, shameful. |

No problems. Staff always carry out their duties with little thanks from public. Having been a nurse, the receptionists do their best with little thanks and understanding. If only patients would let staff know they cannot attend, they could give the appointment to another patient! |
