Looks like funds have been cut at the expense of one to one care. Seems like a shell of a practice now with too much reliance on the internet/computer . I would say this is a dangerous state to be at. | ||||||

Absolutely awful surgery the 2nd worst surgery I’ve had in all my years, and since having MY GP services has not helped at all to get an appointment, always constantly line busy even the phone line is always busy,the opening hours on Wednesday 7am no one there to answer nor the My GP login is open and if your doctor is part time then that’s another week gone by without hearing or seeing a doctor everyday of the week to no avail.the receptionist are not helpful or understanding when you do ring they won’t book appointments over the phone with the doctor and when your down at the surgery you cannot discuss anything with the receptionist and they will not take bookings with the doctor you have to do it all on My GP | ||||||
