Dangerously run with unqualified receptionists taking medical decisions as no doctors to deal with adverse reactions to medications on 2 days of asking for assistance. It's a crazy situation when NHS England have to remind doctor of obligations and cqc advise reporting to GMC to get them to investigate and potentially strike doctor off. If NHS England revoked contract and put locums in the minor injuries unit-it would be safer. My opinion being they are criminals and inadequate cqc rating. Better off building a housing estate on land. | ||||||

I have just phoned the reception team at Burnham this morning. A really nice lady answered quickly and was very helpful. Helping me secure a GP appointment for Thursday.
I call that exceptional service in these times of GP shortages.

Every member of reception staff I have dealt with lately have been exceptional. Whether in person, by email or on phone they have been efficient and friendly. | ||||||
